Heliocare – Dr. Irwin Dermatologist opinion

I’ve never had a chance to try Heliocare before and I’m always concern about the lack of studies on vitamin and health supplement. I was trilled when I found out this article from Dr. Irwin Dermatologist.

Her opinion on in a short sentence: “Just say no”.

Although the article is not specifically targeted to PMLE sufferers, she looked closely at the lack of evidence and the fact the product only seems safe to use for a week. It’s quite a short period and most probably not enough if you have a summer vacation. After that we don’t know what it can do to your stomach or liver.

I had approximately  6 to 7 hours of full body sun exposure each day. It’s now my third year using Shirudo AGR+E lotion.  Again it’s been a real success.
